Started working out with David Oquendo in December 2008. Worked out with David once a week plus four days a week on my own. No major “diet,” just tried to eat healthy.

I’ve tried to lose weight off and on for a number of years, but once I started working out with David, they weight came off very easy. David pushes me every week to improve my fitness level and improve my diet, in a positive way that I appreciate.
