Steve Lost Over 100 lbs in Just 4 Months!
Enough was enough!! I walked through the doors of the gym looking for help and I found it in a big way. David was eager to help. He gave me a plan (diet and exercise) and encouragement. It was a simple plan. Good diet and hard work. David also had me keep a journal of my diet. He kept a close eye on me and monitored my diet while making changes as we went along.
David made the workouts not seem so tough with all the encouragement he gave. He was very good at motivating me. I saw David twice a week for four months. Not one time did a workout ever be easier than the last one. He was very good at pushing me to the limit while doing it in a encouraging way.
David’s knowledge for diet and exercise is unbelievable. I have lost 100 pounds and 7 inches in a very short 4 months. I would recommend him for anyone no matter age, gender, or size. David knows what he is doing. I am thankful for meeting and getting to work with him. With his guidance and the knowledge that I have learned, I will attempt the next 100 pounds and I am very positive I will succeed. He has literally saved my life.
